Core competencies are a required and essential step in submitting your program application.
They form the foundation of your training by clearly outlining what students will learn and how that learning will be achieved.
We use Bloom’s Taxonomy to help you create meaningful learning objectives for each competency. This ensures that objectives go beyond exposure or theory and instead reflect real learning—such as understanding, applying, analyzing, and integrating knowledge and skills.
Each competency serves two important purposes:
For students: it provides transparency and confidence by clearly communicating the skills, knowledge, and outcomes they can expect from your training.
For teachers and program leaders: it creates accountability and alignment, ensuring that subject matter is taught with intention, depth, and integrity.
Together, these competencies help maintain educational quality while honoring the trust students place in your program.
