How you can earn more with AYC

AYC is dedicated to supporting the livelihood of yoga professionals. One way we are delivering on our Core Value of Generosity is through our revenue share program.

How does the revenue share work?

The AYC revenue share program is where you can receive a portion of the payment your students or mentees make to AYC for (1) graduating from your credentialing programs (2) graduating from your continuous education programs or (3) being noted as a mentor.

Credentialing Programs

AYC Credentialing programs (Yoga Teacher Trainings and Practitioner Trainings) are assigned one of the following credential badges: CYP, CYT-L1, CYT-L2, CYT-L3

When a student graduates from your school's YTT, they will receive their certification through your school and qualify for verification through AYC.

When building their teacher profile, the grad will submit their certification for verification. The graduating school will earn 40% of the verification fee paid by the student. Remember, the school sets this fee (ranging from $54 and above).

The graduating school will also earn a share of each graduates membership dues forever.

Continuous Education

All Specialty Programs are assigned a badge that correlates with the category of expertise.

The verification process is the same as above, and the school will earn 40% of the graduates verification fee. Once again, this fee is set by the school ($10 and above).

Note: The school will not earn revenue share from graduates' membership dues.

Mentorship Program

Members can list up to 5 mentors. If a member lists you as a mentor, and you accept, you will receive a share of their membership dues for as long as you're listed as their mentor. This accrues daily and is paid out quarterly. Note: you will only earn revenue share from Premium and Professional members, as free members do not have any annual dues.

How do I get paid?

Professional members must be fully onboarded to start earning through credentialing programs. Please email [email protected] if you need assistance with submitting your credentials and school stripe account for verification. Once you have been assigned an AYC teaching level, and have a verified school profile, you will unlock the Program Creation feature on your profile.

Remember, you must connect an external bank account via Stripe in order for us to payout earnings. See information on connecting your Stripe account here.
